Engine Performance problem
1993 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when I turn my key to the on position, I dont hear my fuel pump. I try to start, then return the key to the on position and then the fuel pump kicks on, then off again. Efi relay has been replaced along with the fuel pump. Car will not even attempt to start. Can you guys help me out?

Block the airflow meter flap wide open and attempt to start, Did it? Let me know

Find the check connector and jumper the Fp to Batt terminal tell me if it starts up if so check and test the circuit opening relay/EFI relay

Problem is not fuel but spark now, it has no spark. Possibly control module or coil. Any possible way to test these units?

You can test the coil with a DVOM but the module/ignitor needs a tester on its own-also test the distributor pick-up coil inside the distributor
