The car when sitting in park appling the brake then putting into reverse runs ruff. Same thing happens when I put it into drive.

Hi there,
when the engine has a load applied (put in drive) this can cause a faulty plug or lead to act up, also you will need to check for vacuum leaks and do a scan for any unresolved fault codes.
