I had the radiator replaced and now all I get is warm air. The temp gauge on the dash never moves off of C. Any idea what is causing this?

Hi there,
make sure the thermostat is working it may be missing or failed an open fully , check temp of heater hoses by hand they should be hot to touch, is cooling fan on all the time?

I agree with MHPAUTOS, the thermostat sound like it is stuck open which is common or they removed the thermostat which some mechanics will do. Here is the location and how to change it out to help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
