Noises problem

so im a knew driver i just wanted to ask around howe much does it cost to get that fixed? and another question its alright if u cant, but yesterday i was running fast on I-78 when suddenly my heater stopped working and cold air started blowing. the i heard noises in the engine and then the engine light lit up. so i slowed down and barely got home when i started parking smoke started comin out A LOT of smoke. the next morning i noticed the the coolant tank was empty so i put some coolant, but idk if it might have been because of that. then when i wanted to start my car it wouldnt start? any ideas? if u can help thanks
