1992 Toyota Camry will not start

my camry for about the last 3 months most of the time would start but periodically when you turned the key you would dim the digital clock and no click or start.
i removed the starter and it checked out awesome . i did try the ignition (turned the key to start when starter was out and it still would dim the clock ???? i am stumped

Let start by insuring that the battery is internal condition is checked by performing a high rate discharge test, and making sure its connected properly/cleaned and tight. Do this and I'll prepare the troubleshooting technique from the ignition switch to the starter on your return

I BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY PUT A NEW END ON THE POSITIVE CABLE, THE STARTER IS PERFECT, I EVEN TRIED A STARTER FROM MY OLDER DAUGHTERS CAMRY I STILL ONLY DIM THE DIGITAL CLOCK AND THE RADIO I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS HELLPS , BUT MY POWER ANTENNA DOES NOT GO UP AND DOWN BUT I CAN HERE THE MOTOR TRYING TO WORK IT,
