1992 Toyota Camry no start

Here is what I know so far:
Turned off car, has not started since.
All dash lights come on with key in on position,stay on
when turned to start, no dimming.
No sound at all when key turned to start.
Battery is fully charged, cables clean and tight.
All fuses are good.
Fusible link at positive battery cable is good.
Ignition switch shows correct continuity in all positins.
Starter relay has been replaced.
Park/neutral saftey switch shows correct continuity in
all positions.
Starter and solenoid are good. Engine turns over when trigger wire to solenoid is jumped back to battery.
