1990 Toyota Camry loose driver's door on 1990 Camry wagon

1990 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 250K K miles

Driver.s door was replaced by Toyota body shop 2 years ago. Door is loose, wobbly. Do I remove front fender to access the hinge bolts, or is it elsewhere? Brian
