1989 Toyota Camry

Since I got such a quick response on my truck question, here goes again. The a/c blower has quit working on my 89 Toyota. Reading questions already asked, I learned it could be a fuse. Where are they located, and where is the fan located if I need to replace it? How in the heck do I get to it? I'm trying to do it myself to keep from spending so much cause I'm giving the car to a young couple that has taken on raising two young nieces that have been taken away from their mother. Thanks again for you help.
