My camry has no power when I climb hills or really step on it. It shifts down to a lower gear but doesn't seem to accelerate. When I climb hills, the temp gauge creeps up to "H" and I end up slowing down and lose power to where I'm almost at a crawl. Radiator is good, fluids are normal. Where do I go from here? Is it spark plugs, plug wires, injectors? I'm getting frustrated and confused.

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging, misfiring etc. Could be caused by one of the following below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it.
