1987 Toyota Camry Gear Stick
Gear stick is very stiff and does not change into gear. i changed the master cylinder and it still does not work. what could be the problem?

Hi there,
You will have to identify whether it is a shifter problem or a gear box problem. If the clutch hydraulics are working and it is hard to select a gear, first have the gear box oil level checked. If OK, have the selector cables checked for smooth operation, this is something that your mechanic can do quickly.
