When I start out driving after the car has been parked for as little as 15 min. or in stop and go traffic, only when I am going very slowly up to a stop, at the last second before stopping, the brakes will seize and jerk to a stop. After I have been driving at normal speeds or I start off and hit the brakes hard at a stop, the brakes will preform normally. This is in the front brakes.
