1995 4Runner 3.5 lit automatic 112,000 miles

My 4 runner has trouble accelerating and idleing before I reach 25 or 35 MPH. Even at that speed it seems unstable. I have replaced the spark plugs, distributor cap and wires, air filter, and tried using a fuel injector cleaner in my gas tank. Could it possibly be the fuel filter? How can I make sure before I throw any more parts at it?

Hello!
Start checking the IAC valve and EGR (clean the carbon build-up) and also check the TPS (throtle Position Sensor)
