I am getting trouble code P0122

I put a new throttle position sensor and the code is still coming up every time I clear the code and I drive. If I turn the wheel real hard the check engine light comes right back on.

I think it is a wire broken somewhere it drives good and then when you turn the wheel the check engine light comes back on then once you reset the computer then again when you turn the wheel the lights back on then you have to reset it again.

If the sensor has been replaced you will have to do a continuity test of the wiring back to the ECU but first, do a wiggle test. That is clear the codes and run the engine, wiggle the loom for the TPI sensor, and see if it codes. If it does there is a part broken wire in the section you tested. This may save some time, look around sections of cable that are bent around engine components as this can often be a good place to wiggle for a wire problem.
