Throttle Actuator Replacement?

Part #12588923. Looking to find out where this part is located so I can replace it. It makes my truck go into Engine Reduced Mode. I changed out the sensor on the throttle body and it is still doing the same thing. So, I read codes and says I need to replace the actuator.
