When ignition is turned on the lights in dash come on as they should, but stay on continuous after cranking vehicle. Why, and what needs to be done so they will go out?

Hi,

I have to ask a few questions. Specifically what lights are staying on? For example, check engine light, oil pressure, temperature, and so on.

Next, I need an engine size and if it's 2 or 4wd. Also, is the engine running normally?

One last thing. I need you to scan the computer for codes. This truck has an OBD 1 system and doesn't require a scan tool to retrieve codes. Follow the directions in this link and let me know if you retrieve any codes and what they are.

Let me know.
