When replacing the power steering belt, what do I do about the tensioner? Do I take it loose? Thanks

Not unless you are replacing it! The tensioners will swing on it's arm with the proper size wrench on the pulley end of it..just back off the tension, slip belt off, and reverse process to install new one...if you need more leverage use two wrnches put togther to extend it!
