Hazard light flasher replacement?

I have a 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara (Mileage:107,925). When I turn on my hazard lights or turn signals the lights come on but nothing blinks. I bought a flasher replacement at NAPA but their computer doesn't show where to plug it in. Neither does my owner's manual. Did I buy the wrong part? Where do I put it?

The turn signal flasher is under the dash on the drivers side near the kick panel here is a diagram below to help you see where they call it a turn signal relay. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
