I’m Using Suzuki Swift japan Car Im supposes to change my Automatic Transmission Oil. I just wont to know what is the correct way to change it because in my country most of car servicing points use special machine to change this oil then they suck all oil in gear box and then they refill it. But I herd it is not the way which Company recommend. I herd Company recommend to Change Automatic transmission oil in manually. Pls tell me what is the correct way to change Automatic transmission Oil? Is it Manually Or Using above machine? If it is manually what is correct way to do it?

Hi there,

To change the transmission oil, either remove the drain plug if fitted or you will have to remove the transmission pan. With the pan removed you can change the filter if it is an internal type and clean all the sediment from the pan. Re fit with a new gasket and fill trans with oil and check level.
