2006 Suzuki Forenza stales, spits and hesitates at a steady

On start up it idles rough 1rpm the jumps to 1.5 rpm then I allow it to warm up and drive it had no drive I idled back to gagage and shut it down started and it was ok but still hesitation while driving 65 mph. Is it fuel filter, jets, or need a car major repair

Possibilities: Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it
