Suction noise when starting the car

Every time I start my car, I hear a suctioning noise from under the hood. What could this be? Also, sometimes when I am at a stop it hesitates.

Closely inspect all of the intake hoses to make sure they are fully installed, also make sure there are no vacuum leaks by way of swollen or torn vacuum lines on and near the engine. Is this an eco boost engine?
