1996 Subaru Outback Engine Overheat

Change Water Pump, clean radiator as well as hoses etc.
Fill radiator, start engien, rich normal temperature ; run thge car around the block temperature raise above normal; touch upper hose, is hot; water is coming our form the reseivor tank. open brething air screw air is coming out and no water. Turn off engine water stop coming outr to the reservoir tank.
