93 subura Impreza gauges don't light up

1993 subaru impreza awd L when I turn the headlights on the dash lights do not light up (speedometer and gauges) I looked for a fuse but was unable to find one called dash lights or anything like that. My next guess would be not a good ground but I don't know where I would find it. How do I fix this

Be sure there is power coming out of the headlight switch or dimmer to the dash lights

It is the 20 amp fuse 2nd down last row in fuse box. This just happened to me.

I replaced the fuse in my car, and it did not help. Got any other tips?

Try moving the dash light control back and forth, Have seen it happen if there is a bad contact in the dash light control
