Does oil in the coolant mean that the head gasket is going?

and I was wondering how much it would cost to repair this.

Hi there,

This is often the case, but also check if you have an integrated oil cooler in the radiator for either engine oil or trans fluid. Your mechanic can help with this diagnosis if you are not sure.
