My car is taking a lot of coolant and is over heating when i drive it on relatively level ground it seems to be fine but as soon as i hit a hill the rpms start to soar and it revs up but does not get any speed or power. if its a big hill the car will work itself to overheat and not get any power at all(i can step on the gas but all that happens is the rpms go up) after it cool though it runs again just like before hard on up hills and overheats. also my heat inside the car is patchy. sometimes it works sometimes not. i just put head gasket repair fluid in it and it didnt seem to help the problem. i have also just replaced the thermostat and that didnt help either.
