I just read a similar question in the forum with no fuel to the engine. I have a Haines manual. I have no power to the fuel pump by using a 12v test light. I ckd for 12v out of the fuel pump relay but had none. I changed it out but pump still does not work. The book says check the fuse but I could not locate the fuse for the fuel pump under the dash nor a fuse for the pump under the hood. I need to test again but I thought I would check with you guys first.
Where is the fuse? I did check both sides of all the fuses under the dash and they were all good.

Help...........
Thanks in advance.

Diagram only shows a 30A fuse under the hood (SBF2) to power the fuel pump relay.

Well, apparently I made a mistake when I was checking for 12v with a test light for voltage at the fuel pump. I gave up and took it to my mechanic and it was the fuel pump that was bad. They took it out, which I thought about doing but didn't, and put 12v to it and it would not run.

Of course they R&R the fuel pump with one from Subaru at $260 and a total tab of $392, but it's working and I'm back on the road.
