My car will turn over but won't fire, I have replaced the ignition module, and tried a new coil, and it still won't fire a can hear a little noise coming from the electronic control unit, what do you think could be wrong.

Cam position sensors, crank position sensor. Replace all of them together. My dealer wanted so little for the labor compared to the price of the diagnostic (which wasn't charged if they did the fix) that it wasn't worth fixing myself!
