1995 Subaru Legacy overheating

The car overheats. The thermostat has been replaced, as well as the water pump. The timing belt was also realigned. The anti-freeze level is correct and is brand new. Also we bipassed the heater core. I don't know what else it could be, there is no leaks anywhere either. The heater doesn't work and the car over heats after about 10 minutes of running. What else could it be, and how do I fix it?

Hi there, clean & flow test the radiator, and check that the cooling fans are coming on at the correct temp, start here.

If you didn't cure the problem yet, there is a small screw-plug on top of the radiator (passenger side). Take the plug out to vent all the air out of the cooling system. The level will appear to be full, but if you don't vent the radiator then the cooling system will air-lock and cause overheating and also make the heater not work.
