1992 Subaru Legacy car won't start

Electrical problem
1992 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

battery and starter replaced. Sometimes starter engages but does not turn over other, times no sounds when turn key. Sometimes jumping car works, other times jumping car nothing happens--no sounds at all.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
