Replaced brake pads.
Caliper wouldn't allow wheel to fit.
Pressed brake pedal until caliper grasped rotor.
Now brake won't release.
Mounting bolt go through a sleeve that wouldn't slide. Had to use a c clamp to push them in.
Not sure I can get it back apart.
What needs to be replaced?
How do I do that?

Replace the mounting bolts. As far as the caliper, if you had to use a c clamp. I sugest replacing the caliper and the brake hose as you have a restriction here

Is it possible to replace the rubber sleeves that the sliders operate in?
I cleaned up the bolts and the seem to be ok.
They slide in the barrels but the silver barrels are not sliding in the sleeves.

It the larger ones that must slide freely. Remove them, clean them up and try to clean them
