Speedometer and odometer intermittently not working

The speedometer was acting crazy, working sometimes, then not. I’ve had a sensor put on, but was told that made no difference. So I was told I need a cluster, everything else in the cluster works, it’s just my speedometer and the miles thingy don’t work. Help

I attached the info that we need to figure this out. When you say the sensor was replaced, I assume you mean the vehicle speed sensor. If that is the case, then the cluster and wiring are the only items left. So we need to check the wiring as shown in this testing and if that checks out then the cluster is the issue.

I attached the complete wiring diagram as well. You need to test the yellow/blue wire from the VSS at the cluster on pin A7 to see if you have a short to voltage or ground. Again, if not, then the cluster is the issue as it has an issue on the circuit board.
