2003 Other Skoda Models Fan/motor clicking noise with my Sko

I've got a problem with my Skoda superb 2003, 2.5L Diesel. There is a noise coming from passenger side dashboard; sounds like a motor stuck. When getting air from the outside, it's a clicking every second or so, when recirculating air, it's a constant buzzing type noise.

Is there a fuse I can take out or anything to stop the motor buzzing, or is it possible to get near the motor to give it a good whack with a hammer?!
