Air Conditioning problem
2006 Skoda Octavia 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 92000 miles

dear sir
it is pleasure for me to wriote for getting help
when i switch my aircondition on it doesnt work
or it is working but doesnt give any air
out side and when i touch the pumps i feel it is very cold and the screen of my aircondition is writing
i have another problem
the right back door is locked and every door open and close but this door i cant open
please help me solve this 2 problems
