1991 Skoda Favorit Repair Question

1991 Skoda Favorit cannot find fuse box for wipers
I cannot find the fuse box have searched everywhere the wipers have stopped so i assume it is the fuse, can anyone please help.

the fuse box is located on the right hand side footwell behind the dashboard !
