Shakes when accelerating

It shakes real bad when I accelerate, but when I let off the gas it is normal. It vibrates when I'm at a red light

Scan for codes it may be a misfire in engine

Unfortunately with todays cars from your question is what sounds like a misfire. Auto parts can do for free to find out exactly if a code. The only other thing you can do is to check for vacuum lines off/broken/cracked etc. Or maybe something obvious by running car and seeing spark jump from a wire off maybe or a broken wire.
