Seat belt will not release

The drivers side third row seat belt is stuck in the retracted position. It will not release. How can I fix this?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Unfortunately due to safety restrictions seat belt assemblies are not serviceable nor can you take apart to repair. Your only option is to replace. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
