Try under the dashboard, to the left side of steering wheel

Sorry OBD1 has no port, see repair guides at top of home page, click on and scroll down to codes and click on chrysler for procedure

It is under hood near right shock tower because this is an OBD1 model you can do it by following instructions in pic. An OBD2 scanner will not work on this vehicle.
