1999 Saturn SW2 Start Lock out?

1999 Saturn SW2 150000 miles

Broke the key that controls my alarm system. Got locked out of the starter my dad says and need a way to disengage the lock out. Is there any? My car will not turn on. Checked the starter and the starter is fine but not getting any power, battery is brand new and the cable ends are clean, tried to start it in neutral and nothing has worked. Was told to check the starter relay but can't find where it goes and my dad was trying to look at stuff to see what is the problem and just called to say he has been locked up. I am so stressed out about this. Any help would be wonderful! At least I need to know where the starter relay is so I can hopefully replace that and it will work. Seems like the easiest fix.

So when u got locked out of the starter did the alarm go off the horn all that. When u said u broke the key that controls the alarm do u mean the remote that u use to lock and unlock ur car?Let me know?

Yes the remote that controls the lock and unlock was broken. No the alarm did not go off

Did u lock the car with the remote then try to start it without unlocking it with the remote and just using the key because u lost the remote and at that time it didn't start just make sure that's what happened so I can help u with this.
