how to get the security code to unlock the radio and what steps i have to do to get the numbers

u hold down ethier radio presets 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 with the radio off.it will display a four digit code.then u will have to call the dealer and give them the code u got out of the radio they will call a hot line and give u the master code.the only one that can get u the code is the dealer.the code u pull out isnt the unlock code its only a tool for u to get the master code.
