1995 Saturn SL2 POWER ISSUES

WELL I HAVE A SATURN ITS MY GAS GETTER. BURNS OIL VERY BAD UP TO 2 QUARTS EVERY 4 DAYS I DRIVE IT BACK AND FORTH TO WORK THATS IT ROUND TRIP 120-140 MILES. MY QUESTION IS IT LOSES POWER SUCH AS MY BATTERY LIGHT AND OIL LIGHT WILL COME ON LOSES ALL POWER GETS A VIBARATION AND DIES I WILL PULL OVER TAKE KEY OUT AND IT WILL START RIGHT BACK UP GO ABOUT 15 MILES AND DO THE SAME THING ONLY HAPPENS WHEN RPM AND GOING DOWN HELP ME PLEASE

My guess would be something to do with your ignition system, follow your spark plug wires down to the coils and check for anything loose like the connection to the coils, and if you think your coils are bad just check for the right restistance

I would also make sure ur battery cables are clean and tight and get a multimeter and check ur battery voltage at idle. Let me know what u find.
