engine idles fine in park and nutural but runs rough or stalls while in drive.

Trouble codes 19, 41 & 42. None of these codes are in any of the repair manuals that I own.

Code 19 is 6x signal fault code's 41 and 42 go together it's electronic spark control and timing.I emailed you trouble trouble tree's and information on the code's. You diagnose the 41 and 42 together.I would say they all go together look at the wire diagram I sent you.I emailed them to your personal email.
