2000 Saturn SL1 idler pulley

How can I replace an idler pulley. I have old one off, but can't get bolt back in new one

So the bolt wont fit into the idler pulley bearing?Or u cant screw the bolt back into the front cover?

I have since been able to get bolt on, but now cannot replace with a new belt. Is there a way to do this easily?

Is the belt the same size?What are u having a problem with getting the on with?Feeding it around all the pulleys?Pulling the tensior back?
