1998 Saturn SL1 Saturn SL still won't turn over

I appreciate blueligtening's suggestion but my Saturn still won't turn over. I placed the wires in the sequence that was emailed to me but still no go. She tries to turn over but just dies out in puff of blue smoke out of the tail pipe. What should I do now? Saturnrings
