1997 Saturn SL1 loss of power

While the car is running all gages quit working, engine runs rough, then stall. But if you jump it, will run about a half a mile.

I would start by making sure ur battery cables are clean and then have ur battery and alternator tested I think between those three things u will find ur problem. Let me know what u find.
