HELP PLEASE!

My saturn has over 250,000miles on it, and within the past year, it has started to act up.
While driving, when the engine heats up to a certain temperature the car will start to buck and jump. I got one of my friends to look at it and he gave it a tune up and changed the coil pack and map sensor, and that seemed to fix it for a few months. My car just started doing it again, and I don't know what I should do.
I also changed the air filter, but I don't know if that helped any.
