1994 Saturn SL1 Radiator Fan Not Kicking on

The fan will not turn on when the car starts heating up. I can get the fan to turn on by turning on the AC. That is the only way I can keep the temp down on the car. I need to know what sensor that needs to be replaced. Thanks.
