1993 Saturn SL1 Cooling Fan

Does your a/c compressor come on when you turn on your a/c?If so does your cooling fan come with the a/c?If your a/c doesn't work then look by your underhood fuse box attached to your a/c line there is a high/low switch turn on your a/c then unplug the high low switch there might be a safety tab you may have to remove before you can release the connector. Then get a paper clip jump across the terminals this will force the a/c to come on let me know if the radiator fan comes on with it don't leave it jumped too long.
