2007 Saturn Sky Leaking / Venting rearend

This is an ongoing problem and the dealership just puts on a longer vent hose and new vent cap. I feel this is just masking a problem.
The vent tube has just been replaced for the third time and it was leaking when we got home after the 50 mile drive from the dealership. GM / Saturn TSB#07-04-20-001A is what they are quoting?
What is this a problem and how can it be fixed?

TSB is correct longer vent hose and metal vent cap. Suggest you contact GM see owners manual for contact and schedule a meet with area service rep. This will document problem so when you run out of warrenty and they find a fix you will be covered.
