The transmission in my 1999 Saturn recently started giving a "bump" or "Lurch" while driving. It only does this every now and then (sometimes only once every 3 or 4 days, and then 4 or 5 times during one drive. A friend put a computer device on the car and got a readout of PO 133, PO732, PO 741, Can you tell what that means and can it be fixed without pulling the transmission out. I also changed the filter and fluid on the transmission after the first two times it did this but did not notice any change.

Code p0133 is your front o2 sensor you just have to replace the sensor.Code p0732 is second gear incorrect ratio.Code p0741 is no tcc i posted the trouble tree for it.To diagnose your transmission codes you would need a transmission pressure gauge, multimeter, shop air,and alot of other tools. Also a scanner that can buzz your transmission actuators.
