1992 Saturn Sedan Starter or Celenoid

After 2-wks of non operation, I staretd the veh, but it will not turn over at all. I thought it was the battery, but it is not. The battery was checked and re charged. There is still no juice. When pushed, the engine strarts running. The clutch was pushed all the way yet it does not start. Could the problem be the Starter or Cellenoid/ Please advise. Thanks

Check and test the clutch switch disconnect it and check for power at yellow wire it shoud have it, if not its coming from the ignition switch -got power jumper the connector and attempt to start-nothing happens get the starter tested.
