2001 Saturn SC2

I doubt its ur o2 sensor they have seperate codes when u have a o2 sensor issue. The trouble tree for p0410 starts with having u put a scanner on it load with saturn software that has a special test that runs ur air pump system and u can see if ur o2 sensor reads below 200mv while its on. Only problem is most places dont have the special test software except the dealer. What u can do is when the engine is cold start it up and see if ur air pump comes on. Also it says ur car has a vaccumm combo valve but I thought urs had a linear one. So let me if u have a vaccuum hose running to a vaccuum actuated valve on ur a/c compressor. Also check all ur fuses in ur under hood fuse box. Make sure u have power on both sides of the fuse. Let me know what u find.
